"Very good headphones"
Very good sound quality, good feeling, very fun listening to. although not as comfortable as my old ones on top of the head, the cushion is a bit thin and starts to hurt my head after a few hours of wearing them, maybe this will get better over time or I get used to it.. But the better sound is defo worth the switch

"Absolutely awful"
Absolutely awful, My order was supposed to be delivered but no one rang the doorbell and they returned it back to sender. There has been no refund or any kind of communication as to what is happening with the order. I spoke with customer support but they just pawned me off to another source which gave me 0 response in days.

Brilliant experience - swift despatch and despite there being a defect with the initial product, they couldn't have been more helpful. The return was easy and my new stylus was with me the following day. You know when you buy Audio-Technica you're getting quality.
